Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures
- Evaluate patients’ medical histories, physical conditions, and laboratory results to determine appropriate anesthesia plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as required throughout procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide post-anesthesia care, including assessment and management of pain and potential complications
- Document all aspects of anesthesia care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Anesthesiology
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOA)
- Active medical license to practice as a physician in CO or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
