Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures in accordance with current standards of care
- Monitor patient responses before, during, and after anesthesia, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals as part of the care team
- Participate in post-operative care and pain management, including follow-up assessments as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and legal standards
- Engage in continuing education and professional development, utilizing CME allowances provided
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practice protocols
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary exceeding $470,000 annually
- Sign-on/commencement bonus of $70,000
- Ten weeks of paid vacation per year

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Valid and unrestricted medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
