Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) - Summary- Full-time hospital-based Anesthesiologist role
- Work within an established care team model alongside skilled physicians and CRNAs
- Focus on providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases
- Benefit from a structured support system and collaborative workplace
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures in accordance with current standards of care
- Monitor patient responses before, during, and after anesthesia, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, CRNAs, and other healthcare professionals as part of the care team
- Participate in post-operative care and pain management, including follow-up assessments as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies and legal standards
- Engage in continuing education and professional development, utilizing CME allowances provided
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practice protocols
- Competitive base salary exceeding $470,000 annually
- Sign-on/commencement bonus of $70,000
