The hospital setting includes over 300 beds, with a case volume averaging 1,000 procedures per month. The patient population includes both adults and some pediatric cases, providing a diverse and stimulating clinical experience. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including five anesthesiologists on-site daily, to provide anesthesia services for OB, orthopedic, cardiac, neuro, trauma, and emergency cases. Credentialing is streamlined, with a typical timeframe of approximately 60 days, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members. Anesthesiologists interested in this locum tenens contract do not require a current state license, as assistance with licensing is available. The position requires Board Certification, as well as current BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred to ensure clinical competency in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
