Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical and medical procedures
- Perform preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure safety and comfort
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond to emergency situations and provide advanced life support as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
- Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in MI (or eligibility to obtain)
- Demonstrated expertise in anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
