In this role, the Allied Health Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment life cycle for the Allied division. This includes developing strategies to attract new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring high-quality placements for both clients and candidates. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, prioritizing the needs of healthcare organizations and allied health professionals alike.

Allied Health Recruiter - Summary
- Serve as a key member of the Allied division at Palm Health Resources, focusing on recruitment and business development for allied health professionals.
- Leverage advanced recruitment platforms and exclusive contracts to connect top talent with leading healthcare facilities nationwide.
- Drive growth and foster relationships with healthcare clients while delivering a superior experience to candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for allied health professionals, from business development to placement.
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with healthcare facilities nationwide.
- Open and oversee job requisitions, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing client accounts.
- Develop and implement market strategies to set Palm Health Resources apart in the competitive healthcare staffing space.
- Source, screen, and match allied healthcare candidates using various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and database mining.
- Navigate credentialing, licensing, and regulatory compliance for candidate placements.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and multiple platforms to manage workflow, track activities, and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Build consultative, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Problem-solve and deliver tailored staffing solutions to address client needs.
- Meet or exceed established performance and placement targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on allied health professionals.
- At least 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales and/or healthcare business development experience.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment desk, including business development, account management, and candidate sourcing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
