- Extensive hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI model evaluation
- Strong background in distributed systems, including event-driven architectures, fault tolerance, and eventual consistency
- Proven ability to design systems with end-to-end architectural thinking
- High adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a rapidly evolving product environment
- Eligibility to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required)
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern web development using React and/or TypeScript
- Experience with edge AI or offline AI systems
- Background in tactical, defense, or constrained-environment engineering is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
