AI Software Engineer - Summary- Support the operation and maintenance of AI tools and internal APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal development teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance platform usability.
- Drive documentation efforts to enable efficient adoption and support.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of support workflows.
- Provide responsive support for internal users working with AI tools and APIs, including triaging requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring prompt resolution of technical challenges.
- Maintain and monitor internal AI services to guarantee platform reliability and uptime, proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to escalate and resolve platform issues while contributing to ongoing enhancements and feature rollouts.
- Develop, update, and manage comprehensive documentation such as usage guides, FAQs, and runbooks to facilitate efficient onboarding and support for internal users.
- Analyze recurring support needs, recommend automation or tooling improvements, and implement workflow efficiencies to reduce manual intervention and enhance developer productivity.

- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
