Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy GenAI-powered applications utilizing advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and vector search.
- Develop APIs and software components in Python to support AI applications, ensuring the solutions are scalable and production-grade.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various business applications and use cases.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize GenAI models and pipelines using cloud-native tools and orchestration frameworks, including LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of AI platforms across major cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and optimize multi-step agent workflows using orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or similar technologies.
- Design retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases to facilitate robust AI application functionality.
- Participate in prompt engineering and work with large language model APIs to deliver seamless user experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with advanced proficiency in Python programming.
- At least 2 years of direct experience building GenAI or LLM-based applications.
- Demonstrated experience developing multi-step agent workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.
- Strong skillset in designing retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with working with large language model APIs and integrating them into business solutions.
- Experience contributing to cloud-based AI architectures, preferably in Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure environments.
