AI Application Operations Lead - Summary
The AI Application Operations Lead is responsible for guiding the application support team through a significant technological transformation. Qualifications & Requirements
- More than 20 years of operational experience within integrated SaaS and healthcare environments, with a proven track record of driving technological change.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing Generative AI, Vector Search, and AI agent solutions, with a preference for experience using Oracle or Google Cloud platforms.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and scripting languages to develop and deploy immediate solutions to complex operational challenges.
- Exceptional ability to work autonomously, influencing team culture and driving innovation without relying on formal authority structures.
- Proven success in translating sophisticated AI concepts into practical, accessible support tools that enhance operational performance.
