IDR is seeking a AI Agent Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves designing and developing AI-driven agentic solutions, including autonomous workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to improve productivity, automate processes, and support intelligent decision-making with a focus on governance, security, and cost efficiency.
Position Overview for the AI Agent Engineer:
- Develops AI-driven agent solutions to analyze and automate complex workflows.
- Implements RAG architectures utilizing vector databases to enhance data retrieval efficiency.
- Collaborates on deploying enterprise-grade autonomous agents in production environments.
- Applies expertise in context engineering and AI/ML library integrations.
- Ensures AI solutions adhere to governance, safety, and data privacy standards.
Requirements for the AI Agent Engineer:
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents.
- Strong experience in context engineering.
- Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures using vector databases.
