Agile Project Manager (Agile PM) - Summary- Lead cross-functional marketing projects from planning through delivery using Agile principles
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into effective project plans
- Promote adaptive and pragmatic use of Agile methodologies to achieve project objectives
- Manage multiple marketing and cross-functional projects across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria, supporting an iterative, adaptive approach
- Establish governance practices, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks
- Track and report project performance using key metrics to assess progress, quality, and team effectiveness
- Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Confluence to manage tasks, dependencies, and milestones
- Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and visual summaries for transparent project health updates
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as needed
- Act as the main communication point among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
