Agile Coach - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach software development teams to implement agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or other relevant frameworks.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Support teams in leveraging modern engineering practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), automation, and DevOps pipelines.
- Introduce and optimize the use of testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and Junit.
- Encourage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to improve software delivery speed and quality.
- Coach teams on the adoption and application of AI and machine learning tools when relevant to project objectives.
- Monitor team performance using delivery metrics and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Foster transparent communication, collaboration, and trust within teams and across departments.
- Identify and address obstacles to team progress, facilitating resolutions to ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in organizational initiatives to drive agile transformation and technical excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in software engineering and/or DevOps, with a strong background in Java.
- At least 4 years of experience leading development teams in an Agile environment.
- Proven expertise in Test-Driven Development and automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, and Junit.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and tools.
- Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion with efficiency and attention to detail.
