- Advance agile ways of working across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

- Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach, Product Coach, or similar transformation-focused delivery coach role.
- Proven success in guiding organizations from traditional, waterfall, or project-based delivery to agile, product-oriented practices.
- In-depth understanding of agile and lean principles, product management concepts, and iterative delivery models.
- Experience coaching at multiple levels, including delivery teams, product stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and change leadership skills, particularly in complex or regulated environments.
- Possesses a strong coaching mindset and passion for organizational transformation.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders.
