Advanced Practice Recruiter - Summary- Full-desk recruiter role focused on sourcing, placing, and managing Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CNMs, and CRNAs.
- Requires expertise in both business development and recruitment within the locum tenens sector.
- Offers immediate access to a wide network of healthcare staffing contracts and advanced recruitment tools.
- Operates within a collaborative, team-oriented environment that supports professional growth and high performance.
- Drive business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing new healthcare clients through outreach and networking.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
- Source, recruit, and place Advanced Practice Providers to meet client requirements nationwide.
- Conduct high-volume outreach, including cold calling, emailing, texting, and industry networking to build pipelines.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts while exploring new market opportunities.
- Match candidates to positions based on credentials, licensure, and client needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized client and candidate records within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed established activity and revenue targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market expertise and consultative support.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Advanced Practice settings.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Demonstrated success running a full desk in Advanced Practice recruitment, particularly in locum tenens.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and data management abilities.
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven individual with a strong hunter mentality.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset and resilience under pressure.
- Comfortable with high call activity (50+ calls per day) and persistent in pursuing goals.
- This full-time role is primarily in-office, with potential remote opportunities for candidates located outside the immediate region.
