Advanced Practice Recruiter - Summary
- Full-desk recruiter role focused on sourcing, placing, and managing Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CNMs, and CRNAs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing new healthcare clients through outreach and networking.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare organizations and decision-makers.
- Source, recruit, and place Advanced Practice Providers to meet client requirements nationwide.
- Conduct high-volume outreach, including cold calling, emailing, texting, and industry networking to build pipelines.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts while exploring new market opportunities.
- Match candidates to positions based on credentials, licensure, and client needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized client and candidate records within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed established activity and revenue targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing market expertise and consultative support.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in Advanced Practice settings.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Demonstrated success running a full desk in Advanced Practice recruitment, particularly in locum tenens.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and data management abilities.
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
