Administrative Support Specialist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Print and assemble insurance applications and policies with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Open and sort incoming mail, following explicit handling and routing instructions to maintain workflow integrity.
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of insurance applications and policy documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Assemble and prepare policy documents for distribution within a designated 1-2 business day window, adhering to both state and company guidelines.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve system, process, and printer issues, sharing solutions and insights with the team to enhance operational efficiency.
