Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for traveling medical professionals, conducting welcome calls and explaining travel, timesheet, and expense procedures.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking accommodations and managing airline rewards programs with third-party vendors.
- Oversee expense reporting and accounts receivable processes, reconciling travel expenses and following up on client payments to ensure timely processing.
- Support the sales team with a range of administrative tasks, including billing, payroll, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain and organize accurate provider data, prepare detailed reports, and document information in CRM/ATS systems.
- Identify operational inefficiencies or issues and communicate proactively with the leadership team to implement improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a professional administrative setting.
