Administrative Assistant - Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing professional correspondence, and serving as a key point of contact for staff and external partners. Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for senior leadership and staff, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel logistics
- Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring an organized and professional environment
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, team lunches, and departmental activities
- Maintain filing systems, records, and administrative documentation
- Process invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and budget tracking spreadsheets
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and onboarding materials for new employees
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
- Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other reporting needs
- Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues and coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive administrative support experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level staff
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma or GED required
