Administrative Assistant - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients and guests.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management for the office and team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing mailings and processing billings.
- File paperwork, maintain organized records, and ensure secure document storage.
- Create, edit, and manage word processing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using office software.
- Dispense brochures and office literature to clients as requested or needed.
- Update policyholders' contact information in the office database.
- Print, fax, or send proof of insurance documentation to clients as necessary.
- Conduct internet research and support other administrative projects as assigned.
