We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide critical support within our operations. Administrative Assistant - Summary
The Administrative Assistant position at Decypher focuses on delivering high-quality clerical and administrative support to ensure seamless office operations within our organization. The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in handling documentation, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. As part of the team, you will contribute to maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures, and support credentialing processes that are vital to our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of clerical duties to support critical administrative processes, including handling documentation, correspondence, and data management.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact with colleagues, management, and external parties.
- Coordinate with management and various departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via telephone, fax, or email regarding the management or status of provider credentials and related information, ensuring responses within two business days.
- Process incoming hard-copy and electronic documentation, ensuring documents are accurately received, converted to PDF format, and named according to standard conventions for easy retrieval and categorization.
- Assist credentialing specialists in managing PSV requests, provider credential files, and other credentialing documentation as needed.
- Direct phone and email inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department for efficient resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant government regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the scope of administrative responsibilities.
- Utilize standard software programs, especially the Microsoft Office Professional Suite, for documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks.
- Support additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma (HS Diploma) required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in medical administration services.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active and favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in document handling and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Professional Suite and standard office software.
