Administrative Assistant - Summary
- Central role in managing administrative operations for a pest control service provider
- Responsible for scheduling, coordinating service and inspection timelines, and managing office functions
- Supports a team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to track activities and document interactions efficiently
- Plan and schedule regular maintenance and service appointments for customers
- Schedule and route employees to various jobs, calculating required field service capacity to fulfill all requests
- Handle last-minute changes in customer requirements, technician availability, and unforeseen delays
- Respond to customer requests and concerns promptly and accurately
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Manage product inventory and availability, including ordering items as needed
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, printing, filing, and maintaining inventory records

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in scheduling is preferred
- Familiarity with Apple Operating System
- Previous office experience is required
- Experience with multi-line phone systems

- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using software and applications for scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
