Administrative Assistant - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for administrative support across multiple teams.

- Coordinate and maintain multiple managers’ calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with accuracy and discretion.
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking transportation and accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences for team members.
- Prepare, edit, and format a variety of documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide proactive administrative support for meetings, including preparing materials, organizing agendas, and handling follow-up tasks as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues on administrative projects and offer support as needed to ensure deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and in-person interactions, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
