Administrative Assistant - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative and personal support to the leadership team.
- Facilitate efficient operations through calendar management, scheduling, and organization of documents.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and maintain company files, records, and correspondence.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls.
- Assist with personal errands, including travel arrangements, managing appointments, and coordinating reservations for executives.
- Manage personal accounts receivable tasks and coordinate household services or maintenance when required.
