Ad Operations Specialist - Summary

- Create and manage campaign taxonomies, tracking structures, and coding systems to ensure accurate attribution and reporting
- Generate, organize, and manage QR codes and other digital assets for campaign use
- Execute audience creation and support governance within advertising platforms, maintaining compliance with best practices
- Monitor creative asset timelines, expiration dates, and quality standards
- Coordinate communication on campaign execution with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Conduct thorough pre-launch and ongoing quality assurance checks for all campaign elements, including placements, creative assets, URLs, and tracking implementations
- Monitor campaign pacing, identify disapprovals or delivery issues, and proactively address any challenges in real-time
- Troubleshoot campaign setup and ad delivery problems within advertising platforms, ensuring optimal campaign performance
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign execution processes and platform configurations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation of operational best practices
- Stay informed on advertising technology trends, platform updates, and operational enhancements

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in advertising operations, campaign trafficking, digital advertising support, or related media operations roles
- Proficiency working within paid media and advertising technology platforms, such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Display & Video 360 (DV360), Google Ads, Integral Ad Science, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP, or Microsoft Ads
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience performing quality assurance and troubleshooting for digital advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows, campaign execution processes, and tracking structures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with campaign reporting, monitoring tools, ad verification, audience management, and advertising governance processes is preferred
