Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary
- Contract position for an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in a critical care setting.
- Position based in Baltimore, Maryland, with flexible scheduling available for both day and night shifts.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced clinical care to patients in the cardiac critical care unit, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

- Interpret diagnostic tests, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment, recovery, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to institutional protocols and best practice standards.
- Document all patient encounters, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current licensure as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
