- Perform ICU procedures including central and arterial line insertions
- Maintain accurate procedure case logs for credentialing purposes

- Current Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification
- Active national and state licensure required
- Minimum of 12 years of ICU experience as an advanced practice provider (APP)
- Demonstrated proficiency in ICU procedures, including central and arterial line insertions
- Ability to provide detailed procedure case logs for credentialing
- Proficient in using Cerner EMR for documentation
- Extensive experience in critical care and ICU settings
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities

- Work schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM; three 12-hour night shifts per week
- APP-to-patient ratio: 10-15 ICU patients per APP with attending physician support
