Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Critical Care ICU Summary- Full-time, onsite position in a community hospital ICU setting
- Night shifts: 3×12 hours weekly (7:00pm–7:30am, including sign-out)
- Flexible scheduling with no on-call requirements

- Manage critically ill patients within the ICU
- Collaborate with attending physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and update plans of care

- Order and document histories and physicals (H&Ps), consults, event/follow-up notes, and procedure notes
- Interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate care with ICU nursing staff
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Perform invasive procedures such as central venous line placement, vascaths, introducers, and arterial lines (credentialing required)
