- Minimum of a high school diploma with relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in healthcare-specific accounts receivable, including claims processing and payer interactions.
- Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), insurance denials, and Medicare/Medicaid claim types.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant ERP/accounting software.
