Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable department, including customer invoicing and payment processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers to collect overdue payments and address invoice discrepancies.
- Utilize industry-standard software and ERP systems to process invoices, record data, and support the accounting team.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and provide backup support as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma with relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in healthcare-specific accounts receivable, including claims processing and payer interactions.
- Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), insurance denials, and Medicare/Medicaid claim types.
