Accounts Receivable Specialist (AR Specialist) - Summary- Process and reconcile a variety of payment types including ACH, wire transfers, and live checks
- Enter transactions accurately into the Cash Application Log
- Perform various administrative and clerical functions to support accounts receivable operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records
- Utilize SAP or similar software to enhance workflow efficiency (preferred)
- Timely and accurate processing of all incoming payments and receipts
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Supporting daily administrative tasks related to accounts receivable
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to address and resolve payment issues
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Assisting with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
