Accounts Receivable Analyst - Summary- Key member of the finance and accounting team supporting accounts receivable operations.
- Responsible for cash applications, account reconciliations, and collections.
- Works primarily on-site with flexibility for one remote day per week.

- Process daily cash applications within ERP systems using third-party banking and payment tools.
- Retrieve and post lockbox transactions to customer accounts while maintaining proper documentation.
- Download and track daily and monthly bank activity, providing timely updates to the accounting team.
- Distribute accounts receivable aging reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide responsive customer service support for AR-related inquiries.
- Create and apply credit memos to customer accounts as needed and approved.
- Generate proforma invoices for down payments and process credit card payments through secure systems.
- Monitor and track down payments, coordinating with operations teams for order fulfillment.
- Perform daily cash balancing for internal and external bank accounts; maintain supporting documentation for internal controls.
- Manage open receivables, conduct collection activities, and recommend escalated actions or write-offs as appropriate.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve outstanding balances promptly.
