As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. Accounts Receivable Analyst - Summary- Contract position in Sparks, NV with a focus on accounts receivable operations
- Key role supporting financial analysis and receivables accuracy
- Integral member of a collaborative, team-oriented finance department
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in receivable transactions and recordkeeping
- Utilize accounting principles and financial analysis to support daily tasks
- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the organization
- Leverage Microsoft Excel and accounting software for data analysis and reporting

- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Preferred: AR/Billing experience in the U.S. Military, Department of Defense, or Aerospace and Defense industry
