Accounts Payable Specialist (AP Specialist) - Summary- Responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor account reconciliation.
- Acts as a liaison between internal partners and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.
- Administers the corporate credit card program and supports expense management processes.
- Ensures compliance with federal and state reporting requirements for third-party payments.
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
- Execute payment runs and maintain detailed records of transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Administer and monitor corporate credit card usage and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and authorization of invoices.
- Prepare and review reports related to accounts payable activity as needed.
