The Accounting Analyst will support daily accounting operations, particularly during the ERP system's go-live and stabilization phases. You will be responsible for performing parallel processing, reconciling data between legacy accounting systems and the new ERP platform, and assisting with month-end close activities. You will play a key role in identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in data, systems, and processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information throughout the transformation journey.
This position requires a strong background in accounting, including expertise in general ledger management, reconciliations, and the financial close process. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a meticulous attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate will have more than ten years of progressive accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role, as is the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred candidates will have hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations or stabilization efforts after a system go-live, with exposure to modern ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion being especially valuable. The Accounting Analyst will document accounting processes and actively contribute to ongoing improvements, collaborating closely with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
