About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you?ll be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with our partners?primarily across our New York-based programs?with potential to expand into other markets as we grow. You?ll be at the center of program success: launching new initiatives, building trust with key stakeholders, and driving meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
What You?ll Get to Do
Lead multi-stakeholder projects to successfully launch new client programs, with a strong initial focus on our New York partnerships.
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and strategic guidance.
Cultivate trusted relationships with client stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to senior leadership.
Conduct regular partner check-ins to ensure satisfaction, track performance, and surface opportunities for improvement or growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
Serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our offerings through tailored recommendations.
Analyze account performance data to drive engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Deliver clear, data-driven account updates and performance reports to partners.
Stay on top of market trends and industry developments to inform client strategy and bring new ideas to the table.
What You?ll Bring to the Team
4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services?experience in Healthcare, Food Systems, or Social Impact work a strong plus.
A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and delivering results.
Exceptional communication skills?confident in facilitating meetings, presenting data, and navigating tough conversations with diplomacy.
Strong relationship-building instincts, with a proactive and empathetic approach to client care.
Experience launching or scaling programs across multiple departments or teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
High proficiency in tools like Google Sheets/Excel, CRM platforms, and communication/project management tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with evolving priorities.
A collaborative spirit and a desire to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Passion for health equity, food access, or wellness.
Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.

Compensation Philosophy
Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level, while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
