Empwr.ai is seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. As an Account Executive focusing on B2B SaaS and enterprise software, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle across enterprise accounts in the industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. As an Account Executive at Empwr.ai, you will have ownership of your sales pipeline and targets. You will work closely with our experienced founding team and the broader go-to-market team, leveraging your expertise in B2B SaaS and enterprise software sales to secure new business and expand our client base. Your ability to engage with senior decision-makers—such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, heads of operations, and IT leaders—will be critical to your success. This role requires a proactive, self-managed approach to outbound prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with partners and consulting firms, helping to develop and maintain valuable relationships in your territory.

Account Executive – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and manage a sales pipeline, from initial outreach to contract signature, targeting enterprise-level customers.
- Prospect and generate leads via outbound strategies, referrals, product-usage data, and partner introductions.
- Conduct discovery sessions and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business outcomes.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, operations, and IT executives.
- Collaborate with partners, system integrators, and consulting firms to expand Empwr.ai's market reach.
- Work closely with company leadership on deal strategy, pipeline reviews, and the development of sales playbooks.
- Document successful sales approaches and share best practices for future team success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities for European market expansion.
- Travel as needed to meet with key clients and partners within your territory.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Three to six years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Full-cycle selling expertise: prospecting, discovery, solutions presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Familiarity with industrial, automotive, or manufacturing buyers and procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven enterprise solutions, including native use of AI tools in daily workflow.
- Ability to work independently, self-manage, and remain accountable within a remote team environment.
- Experience with OEM procurement cycles, security reviews, or multi-stakeholder sales processes is a plus.
- Channel, partner, or European enterprise sales experience is advantageous.
