Account Executive (AE) – B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software

Empwr.ai is seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. As an Account Executive focusing on B2B SaaS and enterprise software, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle across enterprise accounts in the industrial, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. This full-time, remote role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of Empwr.ai, a cutting-edge AI solution for cross-functional engineering program management. Our platform is trusted by leading automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers for ensuring seamless coordination, risk management, and on-time program delivery.

As an Account Executive at Empwr.ai, you will have ownership of your sales pipeline and targets. You will work closely with our experienced founding team and the broader go-to-market team, leveraging your expertise in B2B SaaS and enterprise software sales to secure new business and expand our client base. Your ability to engage with senior decision-makers—such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, heads of operations, and IT leaders—will be critical to your success. This role requires a proactive, self-managed approach to outbound prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with partners and consulting firms, helping to develop and maintain valuable relationships in your territory.

The ideal Account Executive candidate will have a demonstrated track record in enterprise sales, with experience navigating complex procurement cycles, security reviews, and multi-stakeholder committees. Familiarity with industrial, automotive, or manufacturing markets, as well as fluency in AI-driven technologies, are highly valued.
