As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by executing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing enterprise and mid-market deals. In the Account Executive role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle. This includes sourcing and developing leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, product-usage analytics, and partner introductions. You will engage with enterprise and mid-market clients, holding discussions with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, operations leaders, and business executives to understand their needs and demonstrate how Empwr.ai’s solutions can drive business value. Your expertise in conducting discovery sessions, delivering compelling demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals will be instrumental to your success. You will also contribute to building and refining Empwr.ai’s enterprise sales playbook, working closely with the executive team to shape the company’s go-to-market strategy.
