Responsibilities- Create new Upwork accounts strictly following internal protocols and step-by-step instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Complete all necessary Upwork verification procedures, which may include identity verification, email confirmation, and other platform-specific requirements, ensuring that each account is fully functional and adheres to platform policies.
- Transfer full control and access of verified and active accounts to the internal team as per established handoff procedures.
- Maintain clear and prompt communication with team members and supervisors throughout the account setup and verification process, addressing any issues or questions as they arise.
- Refer qualified contacts or acquaintances who may be interested in participating in the account creation process, contributing to the expansion of our account network and company presence on Upwork.
- Demonstrated ability to follow precise instructions for account creation and verification on digital platforms, with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness and capability to transfer account credentials and access as required upon completion of the verification process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively during all phases of the account setup workflow.
