Account Creation Specialist Job OverviewAs an Account Creation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company’s efforts to expand our presence and project acquisition opportunities within the Upwork platform. Our organization specializes in running campaigns for clients in the information technology (IT), engineering, and tech sectors. All business activities are conducted exclusively through Upwork, where we connect with companies posting job ads seeking specialized talent, and submit bids to secure projects. This project-based, full-time or contract opportunity is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to contribute to our continued growth in the digital recruitment space.
Responsibilities- Create new Upwork accounts by following detailed guidelines and best practices provided by our team, ensuring a smooth and compliant setup process.
- Complete all steps of the Upwork verification process, including identity verification, to ensure accounts meet Upwork’s compliance requirements and standards.
- Maintain consistent communication with our team to provide updates on account creation progress and respond to any inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
- Transfer control of the fully verified and compliant Upwork accounts to designated team members upon successful completion of the setup and verification process.
- Identify and refer friends, colleagues, or contacts who may also be interested in participating in the account creation process, supporting our referral initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to follow step-by-step instructions and complete online account creation tasks accurately.
- Willingness and capability to complete online verification procedures as required by Upwork, with training and support provided as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining responsiveness and professionalism throughout the account setup process.
- Ability to transfer control of fully verified accounts to internal team members according to company procedures.
