Accessibility Designer Lead - Summary
- Champion the creation and implementation of accessible design solutions for digital products and platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in digital accessibility, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines such as WCAG, ADA, and Section 508.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to advocate for accessibility at all levels.
- Experience using accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Certification in accessibility (e.g., CPACC, WAS, or related) is a plus.
