- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant HR technology or payroll analyst role.
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions.
- Proven track record with payroll processing cycles, time tracking operations, absence management, system testing, configuration, and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of the HR technology ecosystem and its impact on business operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
