- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to optimize Workday integrations and address system issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize technical expertise in ITIL, ITSM, application lifecycle management, C#, IIS, and MS SQL Server to support migration activities.
- Maintain and update integration documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in application support and enterprise system integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL, ITSM, application lifecycle management, C#, IIS, and MS SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Lawson ERP and Workday ERP systems.
