Workday HCM Analyst - Summary- Supports and optimizes the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system to ensure efficient HR operations.
- Acts as a primary resource for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and data integrity.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
- Provides critical support for business processes and HR system strategy.
- Provide application support for Workday HCM, addressing and resolving user issues promptly.
- Conduct regular system maintenance, including audits and security updates, to maintain compliance and data security.
- Develop, write, and execute test scripts to ensure system accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to support end users and optimize business processes.
- Serve as a liaison between end users, functional teams, and IT to drive continuous system improvement.
- Maintain documentation and process flows for system changes and enhancements.
- Assist in implementing new features or modules within the Workday HCM environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a functional analyst, preferably with Workday HCM.
- Experience in Workday system configuration is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience writing and executing test scripts for HR systems.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
