Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking guidance on health plan options.
- Utilize a user-friendly quote-and-enroll platform to recommend the most suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plan tailored to each client’s needs.
- Ensure all electronic applications are completed accurately and submitted in compliance with CMS regulations.
- Maintain detailed records and notes in the CRM system to ensure seamless client follow-up and support.
- Proactively follow up with clients on pending applications to maximize enrollment outcomes and facilitate renewals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple web tools and systems during live client interactions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven ability to set and achieve personal performance goals.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor.
Training and Support

- All necessary tools provided, including a steady flow of pre-qualified leads, national carrier contracts, electronic application platforms, CRM access, compliance oversight, and errors & omissions coverage.
- Weekly direct deposit payments to support timely earnings.
Work Hours & Flexibility
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm in your local time zone.
- Optional evening and Saturday shifts are available for those seeking additional lead flow and earning potential.
