We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Medicare Sales Advisor to join our rapidly expanding national brokerage team on a full-time, remote basis in Seattle, Washington. As a Medicare Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting seniors as they navigate the process of finding the right Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls and online requests from Medicare-eligible clients.
- Guide each client through their Medicare options, including Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans using our comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform.
- Complete electronic applications in full compliance with CMS regulations and record all necessary client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure application completion, maximize placement, and retain renewals.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service positions.
- Ability to comfortably navigate multiple web-based tools while communicating with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for exceeding personal targets.
- Authorized to work in the United States as a 1099 contractor.
Schedule and Tools Provided
- Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm in your local time zone, with optional evenings and Saturdays for increased lead flow.
- Company Provided: Steady inbound lead flow, national carrier contracts, advanced e-application platform, CRM tools, compliance and E&O coverage, and weekly direct deposit payments.
