As a Medicare Sales Advisor, you will utilize your sales expertise and knowledge of Medicare products to guide clients through plan options, support them in the enrollment process, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance with their healthcare coverage.
- Provide expert guidance on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription drug plans using a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform.
- Complete electronic applications in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance standards and accurately document client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients on pending applications, address outstanding requirements, and support clients through the renewal and placement processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with Medicare regulations and product offerings.
- Mentor new representatives and contribute to the overall success of the team as advancement opportunities arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with web-based tools and the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously while engaging with clients.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex healthcare options in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed performance targets and deliver excellent client experiences.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor.

- This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position based in Houston, offering flexibility and the convenience of working from your own space.
- Comprehensive training, licensing support, and access to national carrier contracts are provided to help you succeed as a Medicare Sales Advisor.
- Leads are supplied, and you will have access to a robust e-application platform, customer relationship management system, and compliance resources.
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am–6 pm local time, with optional evenings and weekends available for additional lead flow.
