Join a dynamic national brokerage as a Medicare Sales Advisor, working remotely from San Francisco on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about guiding seniors through Medicare options while enjoying the flexibility of a work-from-home environment. As a Medicare Sales Advisor, you will handle inbound leads—no cold calling required—and help clients navigate Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans using advanced digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking assistance with their health insurance options.
- Utilize a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform to guide clients in selecting appropriate Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans that best fit their needs.
- Ensure all electronic applications are submitted in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and maintain accurate records in the provided CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications to maximize policy placement and renewal opportunities, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous learning and company-provided training to stay updated on Medicare regulations and product offerings.
- Mentor new advisors and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture as you progress in your career.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Proficiency in using multiple digital tools simultaneously while communicating with clients.
- Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently from a remote location.
- Authorization to work in the United States as an independent 1099 contractor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Schedule and Tools Provided
- Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm in your local time zone, with optional evenings and Saturdays for increased lead opportunities.
- All necessary tools are supplied, including a steady flow of inbound leads, national carrier contracts, an e-application platform, CRM access, compliance resources, and Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage.
- Weekly direct deposit is available for timely compensation.
