Quality Assurance (QA) Tester Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our remote team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the user experience and testing the functionality of both mobile and web applications. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios on a variety of mobile and web platforms to ensure seamless operation and optimal user experience.
- Accurately document bugs, technical glitches, and user experience challenges, providing clear and actionable reports to the development team.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and other team members to communicate identified issues and share constructive feedback.
- Verify that all software features function properly across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to guarantee compatibility and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing testing results, findings, and recommendations for improvements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools and digital work environments.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems and prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
