Welder - Summary- Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate and maintain welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure high-quality welds and adherence to production standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and long-term production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and other technical documents
- Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding materials
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
