UX Analyst Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented UX Analyst to join our remote team on a full-time basis. As a UX Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms, ensuring optimal usability and functionality. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of user interfaces.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues, providing clear and actionable feedback for the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to communicate findings and contribute to solutions that enhance user experience.
- Verify that all software features are consistent and functional across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining a high standard of quality assurance.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports, summarizing testing results, identified issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meticulously follow structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Proficiency in using remote working tools, as well as a solid understanding of various app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related area is preferred, showcasing a strong background in evaluating user experiences and software performance.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and compatible devices such as desktop computers, laptops, or mobile devices for comprehensive testing scenarios.
