UX Analyst Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our remote quality assurance team as a full-time UX Analyst. Based in Hartford, CT, this position focuses on enhancing user experiences across digital platforms by performing comprehensive usability testing and delivering actionable feedback. The UX Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that our web and mobile applications meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and cross-platform functionality.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, evaluating workflows, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Meticulously document bugs, glitches, and pain points that affect user interaction and satisfaction, ensuring clarity in reporting for optimal troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to communicate issues, user feedback, and recommendations, supporting continuous improvement of our digital products.
- Verify that all software features operate correctly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining a consistent and accessible experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports that outline findings, insights, and prioritized recommendations for UX enhancements.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols for UX analysis.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools, including communication platforms and documentation software, as required by a distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with app ecosystems, web technologies, and digital interfaces, with prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related roles considered a strong asset.
- Reliable internet connection and consistent access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for conducting thorough testing and remote collaboration.
