UX Analyst Position OverviewWe are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented UX Analyst to join our remote quality assurance (QA) team. In this full-time opportunity based in Springfield, MO, the UX Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating user experiences and ensuring optimal functionality of our digital platforms, including both web and mobile applications. By assessing usability, identifying issues, and providing actionable feedback, you will help drive continuous improvement in the user journey for our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing scenarios across mobile and web platforms to assess functionality and user-friendliness.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and other user experience pain points in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate closely with development and design teams to relay feedback, discuss findings, and contribute to user-centered solutions.
- Verify that all software features and updates perform consistently across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure accessibility and reliability for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports outlining findings, analysis, and recommendations for platform enhancements.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to rigorously follow structured testing instructions.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user experience (UX) testing, or a closely related field is preferred, but not required.
- Dependable internet connectivity and access to devices such as a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device are essential for remote work.
